I work across our practice to bring the best of AI and data strategy to the work that we do, I also help our clients think through the opportunities that data and analytics offer them as they scale their digital experiences.
My background is a mix of client, agency and consulting roles, but always leading teams in developing data solutions and products, and always with the aim of improving customer experience.
My career started in airlines, moving into retail, and then to financial services. I have been lucky enough to work in many countries and to live in Australia and Hong Kong in addition to the UK.
A lifelong learner, I love to share ideas too and have written and presented on applied data science many times, spoken at a number of conferences, and generally like nothing better than to throw an idea around. My mantra has always been: ‘The most exciting phrase to hear in science, the one that heralds new discoveries, is not “Eureka!” but “That’s funny …” (Asimov).
When I am not working, I am reading, when I can I run and hike, and if I am not doing any of that I am likely to be opening a bottle of something nice and planning the next family trip abroad.
