"I love great design and making great design happen."

I lead the experience design and product studio here at Foolproof. That means I'm responsible for both selecting and nurturing talent at Foolproof. I also help the New Business team win exciting work across industries and ensure the team is in the best possible position to execute design that works.

I challenge the team to approach problems creatively. This ensures we are addressing the right problem(s) in the right way, and on track to affect positive change. This sort of direction and enables the team to further their own thinking and surpass their potential.

We're constantly adding to the team and building new capabilities that help widen our expertise and offerings as a business. This is unbelievably exciting for me, as it stretches our remit, brings in all manner of challenging projects, and therefore puts us to the test which, as a designer, is gratifying.

I feel strongly about the value of design as a process, and user experience as a philosophy. To that end, I will always ensure we stand by and champion the human-centred design process as an effective way of creating successful outcomes that serve the genuine needs of people.

I've been here a while now. It's a testament to the trust and space I'm provided to improve both internal and external ways of working with clients. It's also about the many opportunities I have to work alongside our amazing practitioners who are committed to creating measurable and meaningful outcomes. That's why I stick around. I also love great design and making great design happen.

Away from work, I spend every second with my wife and three kids, playing games and generally having fun.
