I am the Client Services Director at Foolproof, leading a brilliant team of Account Directors, Senior Account Managers and Account Managers who are responsible for the relationships we hold with our clients, and ensuring those clients always get the very best experience when working with us.

I am the senior liaison point between our clients and Foolproof. I work with the team to deliver the most creative and relevant responses and approaches to client briefs, which will create the maximum amount of value for their budgets. I have a responsibility to ensure we always meet our clients’ expectations and deliver work that achieves the right outcomes, allowing our clients to meet their business goals.

I’m very proud of the long standing relationships we hold – some in excess of ten years, and many of our clients we count as friends. I have no doubt that the reason for this is that we’ve always been a trusted, honest and safe pair of hands when dealing with some of the most complex problems our clients have to face within their digital business. We are interested and inquisitive and make it our business to understand theirs.

I started at Foolproof over ten years ago as a Consultant, advising clients on their digital marketing strategy and planning. The move to Client Services seemed a natural one for me as it enabled me to use my client side experience to offer the kind of account management service I was always looking for. I am passionate about helping clients improve their business and immensely proud of the many design programmes I’ve had the pleasure to be a part of where we have truly transformed the experience for the customer and the performance for our client’s business.

My background is digital marketing and I have strong heritage in FS, working with both Aviva and Virgin Money before joining Foolproof. I was always more of an analytical marketer and although I continue to see a huge amount of value in data, I am now more interested in the evidence that’s driven through observing and questioning human behaviour.

Outside of work, I am a very busy mummy to my energetic twin sons and a slightly less energetic grown up daughter. I’m currently re-learning the piano (it seems it’s not like riding a bike!) to enable me to teach my sons. Aside from my family, I’m never happier than when my life is filled with good wine, good food, good music and good friends.
