As a Programme Manager, I coordinate design engagements which deliver against project objectives and client expectations - to time and budget. To do so successfully, I ensure our clients, project teams and Foolproof’s business expectations are in order/aligned.
At its highest level, my role and ultimate aim is to help clients solve complex design problems by enabling my project teams to do so, to the best of their ability - within the specific constraints of each engagement.
Before joining Foolproof, I worked for a consultancy firm and nurtured a whole host of specialisms and passions which lie in service and business design, customer journeys and strategy - with a focus on digital channels and large digital transformation programmes.
Throughout my career, I’ve focussed on helping clients solve their most pressing strategic problems and helped them on their journey to become greater, more innovative, progressive and customer-centric organisations.
I have recently returned from living and working in Singapore, having grown up in Lithuania and studied in the UK and the Netherlands. As a result, I provide an international outlook and awareness of cultural nuances which help clients address design problems across geographies.
Outside of work, I continue exploring the world by travelling to places near and far, whenever I can. Every now and then, you can find me in London on a mission to try new restaurants and exercise routines.
I also like to explore London’s many galleries/museums and channel my thoughts and feelings onto canvas.
