We’re pleased to announce that we’ve been nominated in the Transformation and Consultancy category for this year's BIMA awards.
The work we’ve been recognised for was in response to an innovation challenge we had to answer which saw us bring an autonomous insurance product to market in just 3 months - with our brilliant client AXA XL.
This project was a leading piece of product strategy and design collaboration which required business-wide commitment and alignment from our client. The work we did, builds on the ground breaking work AXA XL were already doing with Oxbotica in the autonomous vehicle space.
Starting from customer needs and pain points meant our work was focused on the end user and desired outcomes. We also thought in terms of the ultimate desired service offering opposed to a singular product. We brought these elements together - into an outcomes-based visioning for the next 3 months, 3-5 years and 5-10 years. The first of which became a press release, upon launch.
Our work is now a product you can purchase from AXA XL's underwriters – relevant to the customers’ context, available across geographies and industry verticals. It also sparked the formation of a multi-disciplinary Global Autonomy Centre of Excellence at AXA XL.
