Harpal Awan

As Facilities Manager my job is a constant juggling act of sorts. I’m in charge of the office environment in our London and Norwich offices, making sure it’s a fun, comfortable atmosphere to work in and that everyone has everything they need.

I also manage the Front of House team who assist with looking after the offices, employees, clients and other visitors we have in our offices.

My background is from a world of market research and fieldwork via an administration role at the British Market Research Bureau. At Foolproof I initially managed respondent recruitment for a variety of projects in both our London and Norwich offices, before moving over to the operations side of the business and taking on the role of Facilities Manager.

In my spare time I enjoy meeting up with friends, eating out, shopping, and travel, which I definitely need to do more of.
