As a Senior UX Designer, I design digital products and services by being the proxy voice for the user and I consider intents, needs, and wants when curating journeys, flows, and visual designs.

I work closely with consultants, supporting throughout the research phase, to understand the user requirements which will inform design. I enjoy unraveling and solving experience design issues through analysing qualitative research and coming up with creative and tangible design recommendations. I always consider the overall experience, whether I'm designing a button or a whole journey.

Before Foolproof, I attained a First-Class degree in BSc (Hons) User Experience Design from Norwich University of the Arts. Before that, I worked as a graphic designer at a small design company, a product advisor at a customer service call centre, and as a server and delivery driver at a fish and chip shop. I’m glad to have had these experiences before studying because it has provided me with a colourful and practical lens to interpret UX design projects today.

I am passionate about UX design because I believe that everyone should have access to usable, functioning, and attractive digital tools. Today more than ever, society relies on digital products and services to complete their everyday tasks. If we are not designing for users, we are not designing for people.

Outside of work, I enjoy cooking and eating Asian-inspired food, listening to really loud music, and watching films directed by Alfred Hitchcock.
