I’m passionate about technology and my primary responsibility, as the IT Support Engineer, is to solve any technical issues as quickly as possible and to empower Foolproof’s people with the tools they need to deliver world-class digital experiences.
These issues are often related to hardware or software, and can range from very simple to complex. It’s not always plain sailing but the idea that something I create or solve, can impact someone across the world now, or in the future, is what drives my passion for technology.
Prior to joining Foolproof, I completed a MSc in Business Information Systems and an MBA in Project Management. I have been fortunate to gain work experience with industry leaders in the retail and automotive sectors.
Being open to new ideas and innovative ways of thinking, I enjoy learning about “new” technologies, especially Blockchain and AI.
I love to be outdoors or catch a flight to some far off destination like my recent trips to the Amazon and Cuba. My ultimate achievement would be completing an Ironman, but at the moment - I can only run about 2 miles. Watch this space!
