I’m passionate about technology and my primary responsibility, as a Senior IT Support Engineer, is to solve any technical issues as quickly as possible and to empower Foolproof’s people with the tools they need to deliver world-class digital experiences.
These issues are often related to hardware or software, and can range from very simple to complex. It’s not always plain sailing but the idea that something I create or solve, can impact someone across the world now, or in the future, is what drives my passion for technology.
Prior to joining Foolproof, I completed a MSc in Business Information Systems and an MBA in Project Management. I have been fortunate to gain work experience with industry leaders in the retail and automotive sectors.
Being open to new ideas and innovative ways of thinking, I enjoy learning about “new” technologies, especially Blockchain and AI.
I love to be outdoors or catch a flight to some far off destination like my recent trips to the Amazon and Cuba. My ultimate achievement would be completing an Ironman, but at the moment - I can only run about 2 miles. Watch this space!
