As a UX Designer at Foolproof, I work with clients to dissect challenges and explore solutions that find the balance between what’s right for the users and what creates lasting business value.
I’m particularly passionate about understanding what drives the way people interact with and move through the experiences and services we create. Working at Foolproof enables me to work across all parts of the UX process, whether it’s planning and synthesising research alongside consultants, channeling insights through collaborative design sessions with clients, or discussing tech constraints and complex interactions with our developers.
Before Foolproof, I was working on agile teams across multiple products for enterprise and end to end systems. This taught me the importance of taking a holistic stance and understanding the wider context when approaching any design challenge. We can solve any problem for today at a micro level, but I believe lasting value is achieved through a combination of design and systems thinking, and most importantly always asking “why?’.
I’ve supported teaching UX students at General Assembly and keep up with the London UX community; regularly attending events and meet-ups. Outside of work, you’ll find me adding to my ever-growing spice cupboard, making hummus, deadlifting, playing RPGs and keeping my houseplants alive.
