As a Senior Account Director, I get to manage and work with an incredible team who are dedicated to ensuring they represent the voice of our customer within our projects, I also help our delivery team ensure that we’re delivering fantastic value for our clients every day and strive to make sure the business is performing strongly. I’ve got a real passion for good customer experience, digital or otherwise, and bring that to bear in my work every day.
I’ve got a decade of digital experience under my belt, with time spent at full service agencies, mobile development specialists and a wide variety of weird and wonderful start-ups. I specialise in helping our clients understand the breadth of services we offer, working with teams across multiple geographies, helping to define Foolproof’s ever evolving services and capabilities, all while inspiring our internal client services team to perform better every day.

Outside of the office I’m a bit of a petrolhead and tend to a small collection of cars/motorbikes/bicycles/things with wheels. If I’m not doing that, you’ll likely find me planning my next far flung holiday or making the best of all that London has to offer.
