As a Senior Service Designer, I collaborate with clients to design solutions which create value for their customers and positively impact business goals.
My favourite moments at Foolproof are when I am engaging directly with users - be it early stage research, building a picture of their everyday lives or receiving feedback on a prospective solution that I’ve designed.
Throughout my career I’ve noticed that the best outcome is often achieved by gaining a deep understanding of user needs and ensuring that we are solving the right problem in the first place.
I hold a Master’s Degree in International Design Business Management from Aalto University. My studies exposed me to the strategic side of design (as well as heaps of post-it notes) and sparked my interest in utilising design methodologies to create products/services, prototype and test customer-centric business models.
Prior to joining Foolproof, I lived in Helsinki, where I worked with major Finnish brands across a range of verticals.
However, London’s bustling design community and the opportunity to work on projects that influence the lives of millions enticed me to relocate to the UK.
Outside of work I do yoga, explore London’s many suburbs as well as practice my teamwork skills and the art of making mistakes in the form of improv comedy.
