I've found my role as Business Development Manager at Foolproof to be hugely varied. My main responsibilities include working with new clients to understand their challenges and frustrations and helping them shape the right teams and projects to create successful business and customer outcomes.
I've always had a keen interest in championing the customer and in seamless, valuable user experiences - probably from my years working in marketing where this was often overlooked! I'm incredibly lucky to work in a place that has a genuine passion for improving the lives of millions of people through the work we do.
Prior to working in the Business Development team, I was Senior Account Manager, where I got to work across a range of projects in automotive, financial services, retail, entertainment and travel; from large design programmes, development of new products and services, customer journey optimisation and global customer research.
Outside of work, I'm interested in anything sports or travel related, watching good films, reading good books and discovering new places to eat.
